Regional Civic Service 2016/2017

Through the regional civic service, the Pro Loco of Poggio a Caiano is looking for a young person between 18 and 29 years of age to support it in promoting and enhancing the historical, cultural and artistic heritage of Poggio a Caiano. The civic service lasts 8 months, during which the volunteer will receive a monthly allowance of 433.80 euros. The young person's weekly commitment will be 30 hours spread over 6 days. The project, entitled "Let's save our identity", is promoted by UNPLI Tuscany and is part of the Tuscany Region's Giovanisì programme.

"It's a great opportunity both for the association and for the young person who joins the project," commented the president of the Pro Loco of Poggio a Caiano, Paolo Lenzi. "I am sure it will be a constructive experience for both parties, in a spirit of mutual exchange."

Applications could be submitted by Friday 16 December online through the website servizi.toscana.it/sis/DASC (accompanied by a curriculum vitae, a copy of an identity document and Attachment D). Requirements to take part in the selection are: being unemployed or economically inactive, not having already carried out national or regional civic service in Tuscany or another region, and not having had, in the last year and for at least six months, employment or paid collaboration relationships of any kind with the body carrying out the project.
